Do you understand that this kitten was not bred by Pink Palace Sphynx, familial health screening is unknown, and this kitten comes with no health guarantee?

Do you understand that all sphynx are at high risk for HCM, and that a kitten from parents of unknown status may be at a higher risk than average? Are you willing to accept that risk?

Do you understand there is a rehoming fee of to cover the vetting expenses. Kittens will only leave once neutered, dewormed, microchipped, vaccinated, and fully recovered from illness.

Are you willing to bring the kitten back to Pink Palace Sphynx should the placement not work out?

The kitten will leave with 30 days of free Trupanion pet insurance. Will you maintain this coverage or put it on another pet insurance plan? If you do not plan to maintain a pet insurance plan, are you financially capable of covering future vet expenses?
